Travis Hill and Beth Tschirhart Hill opened CWC in 2008.  We started CWC in our home basement and very quickly moved to a shop in the historic Front Street buildings in downtown Dayton.  We are excited to be working in an area of Dayton that is ripe for revitalization.  We are truly a locally owned and operated company.  Many of our customers refer to us a “Mom and Pop shop”  We’re flattered by that term of endearment.  In today’s global marketplace, you can reach out to us for a hometown connection. 

Travis studied woodworking at Beavercreek High School.  He worked for several local shops in his early career.  Travis learned through experience to build, finish and install cabinets, countertops and interior trim.  He has worked with many of Dayton’s most respected home builders. He now applies his 35+ years of skills and experience to run the production and installation team at CWC. 

Beth is a graduate of Alter High School and University of Cincinnati.  She gained experience in sales, customer service, human resources and management in a variety of industries.  She also owned a small business for nine years.  Beth learned much about custom cabinets from her dad, an amateur cabinet maker.  She now applies her 30+ years of experience to run the business-end of CWC. 

Additionally, we have assembled a small, but talented team at CWC.  Each person brings a unique approach and skill set to the group.  Most importantly, our entire team is dedicated to customer service.  And frankly, our customers appreciate the professionalism, punctuality, tidiness and consideration of our team.
